Suncica Sazdovska - Resident Advisor
Suncica Sazdovska is working as Resident Advisor in the TACSO Macedonian Office since 2009. Her duties comprise managing the technical assistance desk and its personnel, provision of advice and support to CSOs and to other stakeholders, organization and implementation of information, partnership and training events, representation of the project in the public and establishing a constructive and supportive environment for dialogue with the political sphere on the CSOs’ role in society.
Ms. Sazdovska has a Master degree in Economy and International Management in the field of Strategic Management. She has fifteen years of professional experience in the area of civil society development working as project manager, consultant and trainer for many projects on national and regional level. She has a proven record in the field of program and project management skills, donor relations, organisational strengthening of CSOs through development of capacity building plans and strategic planning, development and delivery of trainings for CSOs, networking and partnership building.
Ms. Sadzovska is also author and co-author of publications and articles in the field of civil society, such as “Human Resource Management for CSOs”, “Civil Society Index in Macedonia” and others.
Valentina Atanasovska - Administration and Financial Officer
Valentina Atanasovska is working as Administrative and Financial Officer on the TACSO project. Her duties comprise financial project accounting and follow-up, liquidity forecasting, monthly reporting, administrative support, translation of materials and other minor duties. Ms. Valentina Atanasovska has received Bachelor’s Degree in Teacher of English Language and Literature and Translator of English at the University of Cyril and Methodius, Skopje, further on, she has a Master degree in Business Administration at Northeastern University of Illinois, Chicago, USA and currently she is working on her second Master degree in Monetary Economy. And the most important achievement in her life are her two princesses Ana Marija and Magdalena.
