Slavica Draskovic - Resident Advisor
Ms Draskovic holds a Master of Science degree in the field of Adult education and learning (Andragogy) with focus on organizational development and human resource development (capacity building, knowledge and change management and learning processes in organizational change) applied in government institutions, civil society organizations and business environment. Additional non-formal education over last 15 years has included expertise in Project Cycle Management (Objective Oriented Project Planning), Monitoring and Evaluation of Projects, Programs and Portfolios, Impact Assessment, Organizational Development Skills for Advisors and Consultants.
Special focus of both professional interest and practice is the field of interactive participatory approaches to group facilitation process based on transformative paradigm (using variety of techniques: Appreciative Inquiry, Future Search, Art of Hosting-Circle Way, dialogue process, Spiral Dynamics…) gained from the founders of the schools of thoughts all over the world and applied in BiH civil society environment.
Ms Draskovic has been recognized as a capacity building expert in ToT design and delivery, PCM, Advocacy and Constituency building, design of events with bigger numbers of participants and setting cascade system of monitoring and evaluation of complex projects and programs.
Deniza Sovtic - Administration and Financial Officer
Ms. Deniza Sovtić has eight years of experience in working with different international organisations.
Ms. Sovtić worked with the UN Mission in Kosovo and as a Language and Administrative Assistant on the EU-funded projects for Public Broadcasting Services in BiH, where she gained valuable experience utilized in her work with the Consulting Agency specialized in the provision of services in support of the European enlargement process and EU-related developments. She coordinated on-going projects; contacted potential partners and made consortiums for projects; prepared expressions of interest (EOI) and applications for EU funded projects; conducted evaluations; and wrote reports. She has also worked as a translator/interpreter for the National Democratic Institute (NDI), Pfizer and OSCE.
All her gained experience consequently led to her engagement with TACSO BiH since 2011 and she will continue to be part of the team during TACSO 2.
