Communication Strategy Guidelines

With the intent to simplify the process of developing a communication strategy, TACSO has created the Guidelines on Developing a Communication Strategy.

23.05.2016.
TACSO has implemented various activities both on the national and regional level in order to assist CSOs in the region with their communication and visibility. Throughout this time, it has been noted that many CSOs struggle with setting a strategy in the communication area of their work.

With the intent to simplify the process to the greatest extent possible, TACSO has created the Guidelines on Developing a Communication Strategy.

These guidelines are a step-by-step guide that can be used as a reference and contain detailed information about the process of strategy creation, definition of goals and setting deadlines and evaluation.

At the end of the Guidelines is a template for a communication strategy, which will further support organisations in developing their strategy.
