Ms. Bulut Bican holds a Bachelor degree in public administration and graduate degree in Political Studies from Hacettepe University. She worked in number of scientific research projects on gender in Ankara University during her attendance to Political Studies PhD Program. She worked in various projects between 2002 and 2006 on gender equality and equal representation of women in politics funded by UN, EU and various foreign donors. She worked in Civil Society Development Center as Coordinator Assistant between 2007 and 2009 supporting management of EU funded project on capacity building of NGOs and organizing supports to civil networks. She also was a part of Armenian-Turkish NGOs Dialogue Project team, implemented by CSDC and CSI, Armenia in 2009. She worked in BP/BTC between 2009 and January 2012, in Corporate Social Responsibility Team, as Community Investment Program Coordinator. She supported coordination Grantees of rural development and regional projects including capacity building, M&E and program level management including financial assurance. She is experienced in grant management, capacity building and grant procurement and financial assurance processes, M&E and reporting. She worked as Deputy Resident Advisor in TACSO Project between January 2012-August 2013.
Akça Şaylan holds a Bachelor degree in Sociology from Hacettepe University. Since 2001, she worked for various projects funded by the EU and UNDP as a project assistant. Between 2007 and 2009 she worked as a consultant for two projects executed by a CSO working in the area of freedom deprived juveniles. She also holds certificates in project cycle management, human resources and public relations. As of 2009, she has been working as the Administrative and Financial Officer in TACSO Project.
