Mr. Djurovic graduated at the Law Faculty, University of Montenegro. Currently he is working on a master's thesis at the Faculty of Economics, University of Montenegro-Department of Organizational Management. Mr. Djurovic has an impressive track record in working with CSOs and also in management and coordination of capacity building projects and organisational development. Since joining the Centre for Development of Non Governmental Organisations (CRNVO) in 1999, he worked in the capacity of Programme Director and Executive Director. For the last 13 years he has been working as a trainer and consultant, which also includes work with NGOs, state authorities, local level governments on topics such as Needs Assessment, Fundraising, Project Proposal Writing, Introduction to Civic Education, Planning of Incomes and Expenditures of the Organisation, Strategic Planning and Organisational Management, Project Cycle Management, Public Advocacy, Public Relations, Monitoring and Evaluation and Adult Learning Methodology. Mr. Djurovic worked for the Council of Europe in the period between 2007 and 2008 as their Local Expert for the Development of an Anti-corruption Programme for local self-governments in Montenegro. During his work for CARE International, he participated in the Montenegro Anti-trafficking Community Mobilisation Project as the Expert Evaluator for assessments of the organisational capacities and implemented activities. Mr. Djurovic is a co-author of publications such as „Guideline for preparation of programmes and action plans for fighting corruption on local government level“, “Tax and financial guidebook for non-governmental organisations” and „Profiles of donors”.
Ms. Marija Ivancevic graduated at Belgrade Business School and has over 10 years of experience in finance and administration, through her work with companies like Coca cola Hellenic Bottle Company, Fresh & CO.Next and Euro travel-travel agency. She also has 2 years of experience working with civil society organizations as a financial manager in Centre for Development of Non-Governmental Organizations (CRNVO), one of the oldest and biggest civil society organization in Montenegro.
